Fight Progression with Exercise

The right exercise program can do for you what medication alone cannot: fight the progression of Parkinson's Disease while improving symptoms.

  • Our exercise classes are designed in collaboration with medical professionals.

  • They’re taught by instructors trained to work with people with PD.

  • Physical therapists do regular assessments.

Classes are offered at local community organizations and include:

  • Cardio

  • Strength training

  • Neuromuscular/balance

  • Flexibility

  • Mindfulness meditation

  • Class offerings may vary by location! Please check with your local provider.
