Mr. Harrigan recently retired after 40+ years in the banking sector having held various positions in the U.S. abroad in client account development and management and risk management for Swiss Bank Corporation, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Harrigan holds a Bachelor of Arts (History) from Fairfield University and a Master of Arts (International Affairs) from George
Washington University.
​Mr. Harrigan lives in Greenwich CT with his wife, Maureen and has 3 grown sons and 7 grandchildren.
